Formalism Makes People Wear the Wrong Shoes

What happened to your old coworker with the shoes used to happen to me, but with the socks, I still remember it as kind of funny.

I think that at present, at least from what I have learned from some large companies in the West, more than meeting the schedule, they value the achievement of the goals set in the established periods, so they relax many rules and even telework It relaxes a lot the assistance to the workplace and while the reports and the products are delivered, then the superiors do not seem to be so bothered by the compliance with regulations or labor etiquette.

To some extent, it is difficult for me to get used to this new world of work of 'being' without having to be in an office or a space defined as a workplace, but I understand that everything changes and it seems that this change in the world of work is going to be permanent in various productive sectors.

Many thanks to my good friend for your valuable comments which are of great help to me.
